had an eventful weekend..celebrated claire's belated birthday on fri..meiching and i went to get her present at Far East..walked until leg wanna break..haha..in the end got her a bag..looks like the Prada one..got 2 colour tones and its in grey and black..classic bag..and she likes classic colours..yeah..then bought a white choc raspberry cake for her..we went to imperial treasure on 5th floor at taka to have la mian..and sang happy bday song for her..haha..the cake was quite nice but abit too sweet for mi..but still good..glad she likes it..but too bad she had to leave early to catch some ballet concert..so mi serene and meiching didnt noe where to go after that..in the end went to haagen daz at siglap for ice cream! i had my mango sorbet and strawberry cheesecake icecream..damn heavenly..sat there and crap for abt 2 hrs before going home..all of us were freaking tired by then coz we had 8am class..haha..anyway pics are not with mi so cant upload..shall do so another time..
then yest celebrated kaiyang's bday at vivo..i thought i was super late liao coz i reached at 8.30 when we were supposed to meet at 7..but i had tuition be4 that..haha..turns out that jan reached at 8 so ky had to wait for an hour for her..anyway went to earle swenson's for dinner..all 3 of us ordered the same thing..some seafood platter..after that took a cab to mount faber..my first time there! haha..when we reached there we realized the cafe altivo was closed for renovation! so suay..luckily there's still another cafe beside..got quite alot of ppl there..the view's not bad and got live band also..great ambience..cant wait to go there again to chill..i ordered this drink called ballerina..not bad..but the vodka taste not veri strong..more of the pineapple taste..jan ordered hoegarden and ky kad cuppaccino..haha..we even dedicated a birthday song to him! sang by live band somemore..took some pics there also..we were thinking of having a short getaway during the hols..at first wanted to go bintan..after that decided that cruise was better..haha..i haven been on a cruise for ages..and ky can ask his frenz to come along so the more the merrier..haha..
anyway the past week i was thinking..in the 17yrs that i've been in sg..i've nv been to jurong birdpark..haha..my stupid kindergarten nv bring mi there..and lotsa other places..like fort canning, night safari, dempsey road,botanical garden..think all these yrs i've always been going to town..which is getting abit boring..so need to explore new places..haha..and i shall make a list of places which i wanna go during the hols..and i shall explore them one by one..
