had off day today! nowadays going to lab like going to work..muz take official leave one leh.. haha..since meiching wanted to stay at home to study for her jap test i decided to skip lab also.. anyway there's nothing much to do..haha..and we left the lab at 1 plus yest..super rare man..so we decided to get outta sch for lunch and we drove to far east square near chinatown..she recommended this jap restaurant..the ramen not bad..serving quite big..and u can choose the no. of chillis u want..max is 8 chillis..siaoz..she said it taste super bitter..haha..i got the one chilli and thought it was ok..next time can try 2 chillis..then went to walk around..bought mocha from Mr. Teh Tarik..very nice! but abit sweet..and it was iced somemore..the hot one would be damn sweet lar..and went to see some chinese museum..it's super small..not much also..saw spinelli's there and they have new cakes! hope they sell it in sch! i wanna try! and there's this cafe that sells cakes also but more ex..meiching said they sell souffle at the branch in clarke quay! i've always wanted to try souffle but not many places sell them and it's hard to come by a really good one..cant wait to go try it out..and there's lotsa pubs there so think shld be quite happening at nite..haha..coz all the offices are nearby..maybe shld go there next time..and it's not coz i'm a jiu gui ok..haha..
sang k with the gals today! amazingly everyone turned up! really surprised man..the last time all 7 of us met up was like eons ago..i cant even rmb when..and we brought so much tidbits..eat until damn full..yj's cookies r nice! and we managed to sing some really old english songs..haha..spice gals! love them! next time can continue somemore..but then dunnoe when i'll get to see them again..considering i'll be hibernating in the lab forever when sch starts..haha..i wonder wats worse..being stuck in the lab for one whole freaking yr or being out there in the working world..
whenever i come across really nice desserts..certain memories juz flood back..and suddenly i wanna see u..coz i noe how u love them too..and i really wanna meet u and try all those cakes with u..but when? i dunnoe..i'm such a busy gal..and i'm damn broke with a hurting butt..
