officially started my fyp today..though i didnt do much..only cut the stupid ginseng into smaller pieces for grinding on thurs..and i got a blister on my left thumb from all that cutting..so freaking hard! towards the end i was really struggling to cut the thicker pieces and the prof was really nice! he helped mi cut the rest up..haha..thank god..or else i dunnoe cut until when..so at least i dun have to go to the lab tmr! wait till thurs to grind into powder and start on my extraction..
have been actively watching the olympic games the past few days! gunning for michael phelps to win his 8 gold medals! 3 down 5 more to go..and the 4x100m freestyle relay was juz classic..he almost lost his gold medal all thanx to his team mate..and cheers to tao li for making it into the finals although she onli got 5th..maybe she'll win a medal next time! and i juz realized how many singaporeans dun even noe who she is..i mean she's everywhere lor..how can they even not know her? juz show how ignorant some ppl can be..dun even take an interest in their own country's achievements..
on a brighter note i finally got my chanel smoky eyes palette! cost $82 but since i had $80 isetan vouchers so i onli need to pay $2! haha..and the makeup artist even gave mi a full makeup..she tried the eyeshadow on mi and the new golden lip gloss with the golden blush..super shimmery.. but the golden blush doesnt really show on my skin so didnt get it and i'm also dead broke now.. if its still there when i get my allowance i might buy it..haha..the eyeshadow is damn good..super lasting and well pigmented..good for day to night transition..anyway decided to skip MAC's electro flash collection..the duo eyeshadow colours are quite similar to the pigments that i have except they're mineralized..shall wait faithfully for the other collections to come out..

sianz..starting lecture tmr..4 to 8pm somemore..haven yet decided which mod to drop..but looking at the asymmetric synthesis notes..i think i'm most prob dropping that..so much stereo chem and i'm not exactly wonderful at imagining 3D molecules..i rather go write some stupid essay on what's green chemistry..
