had an eventful week..managed to leave sch by 12.30 on thurs and have lunch with chingsee at orchard..haha..after leaving my samples to run in the HPLC machine..hope there's sth inside the samples! or else i would have been wasting my time for the past 2 weeks..
friday didnt go to lab..decided to take the day off..haha..met up with beehui to cycle at ecp..was drizzling slightly but still could cycle..i'm damn lousy lar..cycle awhile damn tired liao..haha..but managed to perservere for 1.5hrs before sth important interrupted mi..and guess wat! chingsee told mi there's a tangs bazaar in arts! i didnt even noe abt it..and they chose the day when i wasnt in sch..wat the hell..actually it started on thurs but i didnt go to arts..sianz..anyway they were selling MAC stuff so of coz i had to go! haha..and ching practically force mi to go and get her stuff..so bee and mi quickly whiz off to NUS and there were super lotsa ppl..at least dun have to queue like last yr..and i think i sorta went mad in there..there were so many MAC products in there i juz wanted to die..so i squeezed into the crowd and tried to get watever i like and some for chingsee too..i obviously didnt care if the rest of the world hated mi for trying to squeeze in everywhere..haha..and the makeup ppl were damn good..give lotsa advice and i got this really lovely golden blusher for $15 and a golden bronze loose powder for $20..its so much cheaper lar! i juz kept taking and dumping everything into the big plastic bag they gimme..altogether i spent abt $200..haha..amazing rite..but i got 13 stuff including 2 body scrubs from origins so it's all worth it..i prob dun have to buy makeup for the rest of the yr..
met up with jan and shan at nite..jan was working OT so she onli turned up at 9plus..went with shan to this new jap restaurant, yotei, at marina square for dinner and the food was quite good! i had this bento set with sashimi and tempura and soup with dessert and it's onli $17.90..and they have the conveyor belt also so can eat sushi too..after that we all went to harry's for drinks and i got a long island..i think i drank it too fast so i started to feel abit dizzy after that..when we were sitting at the fountain to talk i was starting to become abit unfocused..haha..i didnt experience that even after i had the flaming lamboughini last time..maybe i was damn tired..thank god we took the cab home after that..it got worse when i reached home coz i started to feel nauseous and wanted to throw up..i was juz glad to crawl into bed and get rid of the dizziness..omg i think it was the first sign of drunkness..the feeling was damn gross..i'm not gonna have another long island for a long long time..haha..
got my custard mooncakes today at taka! very nice! and i bought 2 pairs of long tights so i can wear to the lab..purple tights are in this season! and i'm loving my iPhone! bought a pink cover to protect it and love playing all the free applications that i downloaded..total coolness..
