i juz realized when i log in to blogger..that my last post was my 100th post..haha..so this is my 101st post! a century of posts..and many more to come..hopefully filled with lotsa happy memories!
no asymmetric synthesis lecture today! i didnt even realized until we finished our inorg lecture and went to the LT..there was not a single soul inside and all the lights were off..which was very strange coz usually there'll be ppl there..we even tried to find out where the light switch was but gave up coz it was too dark..and super freaky inside..haha..in the end found out there was no lecture so hurrah! can go home early! but got caught in the freaking jam..
was damn suay on monday..almost got trapped in the damn lift while going to my lab! usually most of the ppl get off at the 4th floor to the library and my lab is on the 5th floor..so i was left freaking alone in the lift! when the doors closed i didnt realize it wasnt moving until awhile later.. but then it suddenly went up and stopped again..i was expecting the doors to open but it didnt.. and when i look at the screen they showed basement there and suddenly these red words "lift out of service" started flashing..i was like oh shit man..trying not to panic..the lift started to move up again to the 6th floor but the doors still didnt open! i was contemplating whether to press the alarm bell..but it'll be super embarassing lar..haha..and it was quite freaky to be stuck inside alone..so tried to press the lift buttons again and pray..the lift started moving again and thank god the doors opened! i almost dashed out of the lift..after that i think the lift literally died coz it couldnt function anymore..luckily i'm not stuck in there..if not i have to wait for ppl to come rescue mi..like some damsel in distress..haha..and so mahloo..and it did sorta feel claustrophobic inside the lift..juz thankful the lights didnt go out too..
cant wait for the long weekend to come! dun need to go lab but cant run my HPLC machine..then wont be able to analyse my stuff..but so far so good..got some results..juz gotta compare them and hope all goes well..
