happy valentine's day everyone! ok so i'm one day late but better than nv..haha..i hope that the tao hua yun they predicted for all the tigers out there will work it's magic..find ur other half for singles and get married for those attached! haha..i'm mad..as for mi let's juz say that i'm contented with the way things are right now..and i really dun feel the need to rush into a relationship juz for the sake of it..to mi loving is not all abt owning the person..if i noe he cares abt mi and i care abt him then it's ok for now..shall see how things progress..think we both dun wanna do sth rash and jeopardize our friendship..i dun think anyone understands but watever.. haha..
my mom was super nice to mi on thurs..haha..was supposed to fetch her home from orchard before meeting beehui to watch bride wars..in the end she said she'll walk around with mi and take train home by herself after that..so she said she'll buy mi a necklace and i was like huh? then she said coz vday so she'll gimme a present..haha..so we went to tiffany's and i picked out the tiffany notes round pendant..they had the heart shaped one too but i thought the round one looks nicer coz it's wavy in structure..i was jokingly saying that she's not my valentine leh and she said dun have to be lover then can give present lor..family love also can wat..so nice! and today she bought mi a D&G tote bag! coz she redeemed club21 voucher and she promised to buy mi a bag..and i was having such a hard time choosing btwn orange and yellow..coz orange's my fav colour but yellow looks absolutely gorgeous too! in the end i chose yellow coz it looks more outstanding and more versatile too..i so heart the bag! in the latest colours of this season too! i think spring/summer 09 rox..coz all the fashion houses have come out collections in all sorta bright colours! pink,blue,yellow,orange,green..and sth damn funny happened in D&G..coz my mom was trying on this top and the sales auntie was talking to mi..and she asked if we were frenz! haha..i was like haha do i look that old..she's my mom lar! and the auntie was like coz we talked like frenz and she seldom see mum and daughter chatting like that..haha..but i always go shopping with my mom..and and we both value each other's opinions..that's good coz my mom noes wat kinda clothes i like so she'll noe wat to buy for mi..haha..

career fair that day was quite boring..not much interesting companies also coz they're mostly gov jobs..but i think i wanna apply for the DFS management trainee program..but gotta go through 5 rounds of interview lar! but since i have nothing to lose juz try out for it..and they deal with retail operations which i'll love to do! deal with luxury brands somemore..haha..dun really wanna juz do some office job and sit at the cubicle the whole day..prefer a job where i can interact with ppl..less boring also..
mid sem break next week! cant wait! wanna play mj and sing k! and meet up with all my frenz that i haven seen in a long long time! and maybe stary writing on my thesis..bleah..i've been procrastinating for some time now..it's time to get to work!!!
