this is gonna be one long post filled with random pics i found on my com and in my iphone..coz i am so bloody bored at home! like ming said..we've been sending resumes into a massive black hole..and hopefully one day some kind soul will actually pick it up and read it and call us for an interview!
as mentioned before..i was craving for moules frites and was inspired to cook it myself after sarah's attempt! but without the fries of coz..since i didnt had white wine and too lazy to buy one whole bottle..coz i didnt wanna finish the rest..i used butter and garlic to cook the mussels! and it was so heavenly! haha..i got alot of mussels from cold storage for onli 1buck and it's so easy to cook..and this is the result!
tadah! looks not bad rite..haha..reminds mi of the ones i had in france! juz that the setting was different..oh man how i missed that place! even with all the pigeons and dogs shitting everywhere..i like to call the dogs "les chiens" there haha coz i like the sound of the word..it's pronounced as "leh sh-iahn"..haha..
and this is the moules frites that i had in sete..this small fishing village that i think had onli 2 tourists..which were us..haha..but the lunch was good! 8.90 euros for the mussels, sangria and dessert..nice and cheap seafood! and the place was really beautiful..with deep blue seawater..

and i took a pic of the dinner we had in the hostel in Nice on the last night..the place where we met the creepo! haha..and the food was cheap around 6euros..and taste really good too! onli thing is that i dun wanna stay there next time coz they overbooked the place, made us change rooms everyday and has no hot water! but i definitely wanna go back to Nice again! for its lovely sunshine and pebble beaches..
and being the jiu gui..my meal cannot be completed without a beer! haha..hoegaarden can was pretty huge so i had to finish the rest back in our room..

oh i forgot to mention i tried this chinese restaurant at ion that day with my mom and aunt..the food's not bad and the prices are ok i guess..but onli the roasted meat are nice! the dim sum cannot make it..even though they look nice..we find that the bun's skin are too tough..and it's not cheap also..and the most ridiculous thing is that they charged us $1 each for wet towels! wth..towels made of gold izzit..and ice water is also charged at $1 per pax..plus all the additional charges super not worth it..cant rmb the name though..canton something..

i'm so bored at home i dunnoe wat else i can do..haha..plz bloody gimme a job! in the meantime i think i shld put up beauty posts! like demonstrate how to apply makeup and how to mix and match colours..haha..then maybe i can build up my portfolio which may come in useful next time! and i shall quickly do my french placement test so i can register for french classes starting next mth..
